  24. Hewlett Packard has written a SNMP++ specification for this.  I have only been 
  25. able to obtain their specification.  I don't know if the source code or 
  26. libraries are in the public domain or if you must purchase them from HP or 
  27. another vendor.  The document mentions that they support both MS-Windows and 
  28. HPUX.

  30. I have Emailed HP for more information on this, but I have yet to receive a 
  31. reply.
